Getting Started with AI Search
To enable AI Search for your organization:
Log in to your FeatureOS workspace and go to the Dashboard.
Open the Knowledge Base section from the left-hand menu.
Navigate to the Settings tab inside the Knowledge Base.
Under Basic Settings oggle Enable AI Search to turn it on.
How AI Search Works
Once your articles are published and categorised, the AI automatically scans and indexes them.
When a customer asks a question in the Help Center, the AI interprets the intent, just like a search engine and surfaces the best matching articles.
Instead of long search lists, customers get concise, context-aware results that save them time and effort.
Pricing
AI Search is included in the AI-Assisted Knowledge Base feature.
Available as a Power-Up for FeatureOS legacy plans at $55/month.
Included by default in all plans under the new pricing model.
