Save time ā No need to build the same form from scratch every time.
Ensure consistency ā Standardize surveys, onboarding forms, or feedback requests.
Flexibility ā Edit templates as you go, or customize them for each use case.
āļø How to Create a Template
Go to Forms ā Templates in the left sidebar.
Click + Create Template.
Enter a Title for your template.
Select a Form Type:
List Form ā All questions on one page (good for registrations, applications, quick surveys).
Wizard Form ā One question per step (good for guided surveys, quizzes, onboarding).
(Optional) Assign a Category to organize templates.
Click Create.

After creating your template:
Add the fields and questions you need.
Save your template for future use.
When building new forms, you can apply this template to quickly set up the structure.

You can edit existing templates anytime to add or remove fields.
When applied to a form, templates can still be customized further.
