Open a Post
Go to the post you want to prioritize in FeatureOS.Locate the Scoring Options
In the sidebar, you’ll find options to set the Value and Effort scores for the post.
Assign Scores
Choose the appropriate scores for both Value and Effort.
Once set, the post will automatically appear in the corresponding quadrant on the prioritization matrix.
Repeat for Other Posts
Continue this process for all the posts you wish to prioritize.
View the Prioritization Matrix
After scoring your posts, navigate to the Prioritization page.
Here, you’ll see all posts visually plotted based on their scores.
