Scope of AI Chat in the Admin Dashboard
When you use the AI chat inside the admin dashboard, it can draw context from all records available to admins. It’s designed to give you the broadest possible view of your workspace data.
AI Chat can reference:
Feedback posts & discussions – including customer suggestions and internal team replies.
Roadmaps – initiatives, statuses, and any public or internal notes attached to them.
Changelogs & release notes – past releases, what was shipped, and tagged updates.
Knowledge base articles – guides, FAQs, and any published help content.
Examples
1. Trending Posts
Find trending posts based on interaction type and timeframe. You can filter results by:
Today
Last seven days
Last thirty days
Last month
Last year
This month
This year
2. Specific Content
Search for specific posts, changelogs, or articles by entering relevant keywords.
3. Recent Interactions
Find posts based on recent activity, such as:
Votes created today
Comments created today
Posts subscribed to today
