Using AI Chat on FeatureOS Dashboard

AI Chat in FeatureOS gives your team a faster way to surface insights across your organization’s data. Instead of clicking through multiple boards or changelog, you can simply ask and get the full picture in seconds.

Scope of AI Chat in the Admin Dashboard

When you use the AI chat inside the admin dashboard, it can draw context from all records available to admins. It’s designed to give you the broadest possible view of your workspace data.

AI Chat can reference:

  • Feedback posts & discussions – including customer suggestions and internal team replies.

  • Roadmaps – initiatives, statuses, and any public or internal notes attached to them.

  • Changelogs & release notes – past releases, what was shipped, and tagged updates.

  • Knowledge base articles – guides, FAQs, and any published help content.

Examples

1. Trending Posts

Find trending posts based on interaction type and timeframe. You can filter results by:

  • Today

  • Last seven days

  • Last thirty days

  • Last month

  • Last year

  • This month

  • This year

2. Specific Content

Search for specific posts, changelogs, or articles by entering relevant keywords.

3. Recent Interactions

Find posts based on recent activity, such as:

  • Votes created today

  • Comments created today

  • Posts subscribed to today

⚠️ Important Note

  • Context retention has not been implemented yet - but that’s coming very soon!

  • The AI Chat is designed to help you explore data within your FeatureOS organization. It is not a support medium for FeatureOS-related issues.
