Once youâve created your Knowledge Base (KB) in FeatureOS, the next step is making it easy for your users to access. FeatureOS offers three main ways to share your KB: through a direct link, by embedding it, or via the support widget.
1. Share via Direct Link
The easiest way to share your Knowledge Base is with a direct link. Every collection and article in your KB comes with its own unique URL. You can copy this link and share it through emails, support tickets, onboarding flows, or even chat conversations. Itâs the fastest method for pointing users to exactly the content they need, without extra steps. You can find the option to share the Link on the rights side of your Knowledge Base Article.

2. Embed on Your Website
Embedding allows you to bring your Knowledge Base directly into your website or app. By copying the embed code from FeatureOS and pasting it onto your site, you can make articles available right where your users already are. This is especially useful for documentation pages, onboarding guides, or a dedicated support section, since it avoids redirecting users away from your product. You can find the option to Embed on the rights side of your Knowledge Base Article.

3. Use the Support Widget
The support widget brings your Knowledge Base into your product as an always-available help icon. Users can click it anytime to search and read articles instantly, without leaving the page theyâre on. You can generate your Widget Script Code from Settings under Knowledge Base.

Choosing the Right Method
Link = Quick sharing for specific users or issues.
Embed = Seamless integration on support or documentation pages.
Widget = On-demand, in-app help for all users.
For most teams, using all three together creates the best support experience: direct answers, accessible docs, and always-available in-app help.
