Email white labeling with featureOS

White labeling in featureOS allows you to eliminate the "Powered by featureOS" text that appears at the bottom of your pages. Additionally, you also have the choice to remove featureOS branding from the email updates you send to your valued customers.

You can remove any traces of featureOS branding in the email signature and subject line, making them look as though they are sent directly from your organization rather than featureOS.😃

Getting Started

1. Log in to your featureOS Admin Dashboard.

2. Navigate to Organization Settings.

3. Within the Basic tab, scroll down to locate the White Labeling section.

4. Look for the option labeled "Show Branded Content."

5. Toggle this option off, and you're all set.

6. Using our SMTP configuration, you have the flexibility to tailor your email notifications to align perfectly with your brand identity. Read more about Setting up SMTP →
