# Embed feedback form

There are multiple ways in which you can embed FeatureOS into your product or website to make it easy for your customers to provide feedback to you.

One of the most interesting ways is to embed only the feedback form into your product or website. Here's how you can embed just the feedback form into your website or the app.

**Note:** Embedding only the feedback form doesn't not necessarily require a signed in user.

1.  From your **Admin Dashboard** → **Boards** → **Select a Board** of your choice
    
2.  From the tab bar, click on the **Embeds** tab
    
3.  Scroll down the page a bit, and you will find the **Feedback Collection Form** section

4.  Copy the code using the **Copy button** and you're good to go
    
5.  Paste the code in your website or the app, and that should embed the feedback form for you
