Enable/disable email notifications

With featureOS you have the flexibility to control email notifications for Admins, Members, and CSMs (Customer Success Managers) easily. This guide will walk you through the steps to enable or disable email notifications based on your preferences.

Manage email notifications

To manage email notifications, follow these simple steps:

  1. Access the Admin Dashboard.

  2. Click on Organization Settings.

  3. In the Basic section, scroll down to the Email Notifications section.

  4. You will find toggle switches to enable or disable the following email notifications:

    • Admin Email Notifications

    • Member Email Notifications

    • CSM Email Notifications


Configuring Advanced Email Notifications

We understand that each team may have different preferences. Some teams might prefer precise notifications, while others might find repeated emails unnecessary if they frequently use featureOS or have integrated it with their preferred instant messaging platform.

Based on your specific scenarios, you can choose to enable or disable email notification events for both posts and comments. Using our Advanced Email Notifications power-up you can customize the settings to suit your team's preferences and workflow.
