Posts are feedback that you or your customer can submit. They typically consist of a title and a descriptive briefing about the request, accompanied by various metadata such as boards, tags, the submitter's information, and more.

Roadmaps offer your team, customers, and stakeholders insight into the direction of your product and assist in establishing expectations for upcoming releases. They present a well-structured and transparent timeline of upcoming features, enhancements, and key milestones.

Changelog (aka release notes) serves as a space for publishing the most recent updates made to your product. By incorporating our and user-friendly changelog widget, you can seamlessly embed the Changelog within your product, ensuring that your customers are consistently informed about the latest features you have shipped.

The Admin interface of a feedback portal enables team members to gather, arrange, and oversee user feedback while facilitating communication amongst the team and customers. Additionally, it grants manage all the modules and access to all organizational settings based on the specific user's role.

In the insights area of featureOS, you can efficiently handle your organization's customers and associated data, according to your user role. You also have the ability to track recent activity logs within your portal and access comprehensive platform analytics, including weekly performance, status distribution, top contributors, and various other valuable metrics.

The Organization Settings space is designed for customizing your organization's feedback management process and managing specific configurations to suit your requirements. Admins have the ability to update and showcase essential organization details, like the company name, logo, and contact information.

Furthermore, the section allows you to integrate Hellonext with other tools and platforms used by your organization, such as project management systems or customer support platforms. Additionally, you also have the options control authentication-related settings.

The Profile section on featureOS provides a dedicated area where you can update your personal information, including your name and avatar. It allows you to change passwords, manage sessions, and customize email notification settings. Additionally, you have the option to view and manage your profile notifications, as well as access lists of the feature requests you've submitted and voted for.
