Boards: Board on FeatureOS refers to feedback boards which is used to collect and segregate user feedback for your product.
Integration: A connection between your FeatureOS account and other apps via official APIs.
Label: A pill of a text that you attach to a post which helps categorize or organize posts better.
Organization: An account on FeatureOS is considered an organization under which you can access features like feedback boards, roadmap, and changelog.
Post: A single entry on a feedback board is called a post on FeatureOS.
Single Sign-on (SSO): You have your own product, and users are signing into your product already. When you have SSO enabled on FeatureOS, your users don't have to sign-in again into FeatureOS to access the portal and private areas of FeatureOS. Enabling SSO is like having a magic key that allows you to stay logged in into both FeatureOS and your product.
Tracked user: The user who interacts with your feedback portal.
