Crisp is a messaging platform that lets companies enhance customer journey through many features: HelpDesk, Live Chat, Drip campaigns, Chatbots and so much more.
Sign into your Crisp web application by visiting https://app.crisp.chat/.
Once signed in check the URL of the page to locate the Website ID.
Example: https://app.crisp.chat/settings/website/66dd3d83-5159-477b-866a-82092b1658db/ Here the website ID is 66dd3d83-5159-477b-866a-82092b1658db.
Copy the Website ID and sign into your featureOS account by visiting https://portal.featureos.app/auth/sign
Go into your featureOS Dashboard → click on Organization Settings over the left → toggle to the Integrations tab.
Scroll down to Chat Widgets section and from the drop down for Chat Widget choose “Crisp”.
Paste the Website ID in the field → click on “Update”.
Now, you will able to see the CRISP chat widget embedded in your product/website.
