Freshchat is a customer engagement platform and live chat software designed to help businesses interact with their website visitors and customers in real-time. Users can initiate conversations, ask questions, and get assistance.
Navigate to your Freshchat dashboard.
Go to Settings on the left panel -> Admin Settings.
Here you'll find Communication Channels -> Chat Channels.
Choose Web Chat and you'll find the widget snippet
Cope the Chat ID.
Sign into your featureOS account by visiting https://portal.featureos.app/auth/sign
Go into your featureOS Dashboard → click on Organization Settings over the left → toggle to the Integrations tab.
Scroll down to Chat Widgets section and from the drop down for Chat Widget choose “Freshchat”.
Paste the key in the field → click on “Update”.
Now, you will able to see the Freshchat widget embedded in your feedback portal for your customers.
