# Integrating Tidio chat widget

**Tidio** is a live chat and chatbot platform designed to help businesses engage with their website visitors and customers in real-time. It provides a chat widget that can be easily integrated into a website, allowing visitors to initiate conversations with the business.

### **Getting Started**

-   Sign into your **Tidio** web application by visiting [**https://www.tidio.com/panel/login**](https://www.tidio.com/panel/login)
    

-   Once signed in navigate to the Settings ⚙️ option on the bottom left corner.
    
-   Under **General** look for the **Developer** section.
    
-   Choose **Project data** where you'll find the **Public Key.**

-   Copy the **Public Key** and sign into your FeatureOS account by visiting [https://portal.featureos.app/auth/sign](https://portal.featureos.app/auth/sign)
    
-   Go into your FeatureOS **Dashboard →** click on **Organization Settings** over the left → toggle to the **Integrations** tab.
    
-   Scroll down to **Chat Widgets** section and from the drop down for **Chat Widget** choose **“Tidio”**.
    
-   Paste the key in the field → click on **“Update”.**

-   Now, you will able to see the Tidio chat widget embedded in your feedback portal for your customers.
