Accessing the Kal Dashboard
Log in to your featureOS organization.

The Trending Posts section is designed to give you a clear overview of whatâs capturing your customersâ attention. This list shows the top 20 posts with the most votes, comments, and subscribers, for the time frame you set.

You can regularly review this list to stay informed about whatâs trending in your community.
View the list of interactors and reach out to them for more information.
Prioritize these features when planning your product roadmap to ensure youâre addressing the most critical needs of your users.
âď¸ Starred Customersâ Interactions
Starring customers in featureOS allows you to keep a close eye on those who are particularly important to your business. Keep a close watch on the posts from your starred customers. The Kal Dashboard offers the following analytics to help you monitor their engagement.
1. Interacted Posts
This section lists the top 20 posts that your starred customers are engaging (votes, comments, and subscribers) with, in the selected time period.

2. Incomplete Posts
Here, youâll find a list of the oldest requests from your starred customers that have not yet been completed yet.

3. Sentiment Distribution
This chart provides a visual breakdown of how your starred customers feel about their posts, displayed in a pie chart.
