Kal Powered Search for Knowledge Base

By implementing your Help Center on the featureOS Knowledge Base, you’ll provide your users with a seamless and efficient way to access information.

To enable Smart AI Search for your customers, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your featureOS organization > navigate to the Dashboard.

  2. Click on the "Knowledge Base" section in the menu.

  3. Select the "Settings" tab within the Knowledge Base.

  4. Toggle the option to enable Kal AI Search.

How Does It Work?

  • Once you’ve written and categorized help articles on featureOS, Kal’s AI search will become your users' go-to tool.

  • When a customer searches for something in your Help Center, Kal will scan through relevant help articles and present a concise summary of the answer to their question.
