In our commitment to provide you with the best experience, we are undergoing a crucial transition. In June 2023, we started reaching out to customers who were on our legacy payment gateway.
We moved away from using Stripe, and started using Paddle as our default payment gateway. Since then, so many customers have migrated to the new billing method.
Starting today, 21st December, 2023, if you are still on the old payment method, you will see a popup that asks you to move to the new payment method to continue using featureOS.
To make this transition smooth for you, here's what you should know:

Since 2018, we have continuously strived to prioritize your needs. Now, in the coming months, we are intensifying our commitment. To achieve this, we are reevaluating the core of our business, starting with the shift in our billing method.
This change is not taken lightly! We are committed to the highest standards in delivering a product that meets your expectations.

We get it โ transitions can be a bit daunting. But the success of this migration is crucial for the uninterrupted use of featureOS. Following a series of reminder emails, the modal you noticed on your featureOS interface is our way of ensuring that every user completes the migration process smoothly and promptly.
Your support in this transition is invaluable, and we appreciate your understanding.
How to complete the migration?
Please visit your featureOS Dashboard โ Organization โ Billing โ Usage tab โ Click on Migrate to Paddle.
You will be automatically redirected to Paddle's interface. Here, you will notice that a coupon has been automatically applied to ensure your current pricing is grandfathered.
The remaining days from your previous billing cycle will be included as trial days on Paddle. This transition will not cause any interruption in your service.
Note: Taxes are applied exclusively based on ZIP code.
Rest assured, no charges will be made during the migration process. You will only be charged on your next billing date as it has been until now.
Once you have reviewed the details, proceed to checkout. After completing the checkout process, you will be redirected back to your featureOS dashboard's "Usage" page.
Congratulations! You have successfully migrated to the Paddle billing method. You can now continue enjoying featureOS
Can't find "Migrate to Paddle" Button?
This is because you have either an active power-up(s) or a coupon tied to your subscription .
You will need to contact support to migrate your subscription to paddle.
