# Rename posts statuses on FeatureOS

FeatureOS empowers you with the ability to redefine the five default statuses, granting you precise control over your workflow. These statuses come preloaded with your FeatureOS account:

1.  In Review
    
2.  Planned
    
3.  In Progress
    
4.  Completed
    
5.  Closed

## **Rename post statuses**

1.  Access the **Dashboard** → **Boards** section from the sidebar.
    
2.  Navigate to the **Customization** segment.
    
3.  Within the Status Customization section, you'll notice the default statuses along with their descriptions.
    
4.  Click on **Edit** to personalize the name of the desired status.

5.  After making your modification, click **Update** to save the changes.
