featureOS allows you and your customers to add various file types, including videos, PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, log files, and many more, to your posts, comments, and knowledge base articles.
Files attached to a post or comment by a customer are only visible to themselves (submitter) and the team members. Other customers will not be able to view these attachments.
You can now attach the following file types to your posts and comments:
Videos: Just use the /
command in the editor or add them as attachments.
PDFs
CSVs
Images: (e.g., JPEG, PNG, GIF)
Word Documents: (e.g., DOC, DOCX)
PowerPoint Presentations: (e.g., PPT, PPTX)
Text Files: (e.g., TXT)
Excel Spreadsheets: (e.g., XLS, XLSX)
Other common file types (please note that uploading folders is not supported).
Creating a new post and you can add an attachment in the form.
Open an existing post where you want to add an attachment.
In the comment section, use the π icon to attach files of your choice.
To attach a file in the editor, use the /
command and select the type of file you want to upload.
Alternatively, click on the attachment icon and select the files you want to include.
