Your featureOS subscription’s billing is securely managed via Paddle, our trusted subscription management tool and merchant of record. Paddle handles all transactions, invoicing, and payment processing for featureOS, ensuring that your payments are safe and compliant.

Getting Started

  • To update your payment method, simply reach out to our support team at [email protected].

  • Be sure to reach out to us from your Admin account.

  • Once we receive your request, our support team will help you with a direct link to update your payment method on Paddle.
