AI Insights: Summary & Sentiment for Forms

FeatureOS makes it easier to understand responses at scale by automatically generating summaries and analyzing sentiment. Instead of manually reading through every submission, you can get a clear overview of what respondents are saying and how they feel about it.

āœ… What is Summary & Sentiment?

  • Summary: A concise AI-generated explanation of each response, highlighting the key points without losing context.

  • Sentiment: An AI-powered analysis that detects whether the response is Positive, Neutral, or Negative, helping you instantly gauge the overall mood.

āš™ļø How to Enable It

  1. Go to your Form Settings.

  2. Scroll down to AI Insights → Summary and Sentiment.

  3. Toggle the option ON.

  4. (Optional) Add a prompt to guide how the AI should summarize responses (e.g., ā€œSummarize candidate feedback in one lineā€).

  5. Save your changes.

Once enabled, FeatureOS will automatically generate summaries and sentiment tags for all new responses.

šŸ“Š Where to View Results

  • Navigate to the Responses tab of your form.

  • Each response will show:

    • Sentiment (Positive / Neutral / Negative, with an emoji indicator)

    • Summary (a short AI-generated description of the response)

This gives you an at-a-glance understanding of all feedback, without reading every detail.
