When your boards are listed in a logical, customized order, it reduces confusion and helps users submit feedback more effectively. This small change can lead to a better user experience and more relevant feedback.
To get started,
Log into your featureOS portal > head to Dashboard.
Click on Boards on the left panel.
Choose the Type of Board - Private / Public Boards.
Use the directional arrows next to each board name to set the order.
Once you've made your changes, the new order will be reflected immediately on your feedback portal for users to see.
