What is a Post?
A post in FeatureOS allows you to share feedback, request new features, or report issues. By submitting a post, you ensure that your input is visible to the team managing the feedback board, making it easier for them to understand whatâs important to users like you.
Posts can include:
Feature requests
Bug reports
Suggestions for improvements
General feedback
Why Submit a Post?
Make your voice heard â Suggest new features or improvements.

Help shape the product â Your input can influence the roadmap.
Steps to Submit a Post
1. Access the Feedback Board
Log in to the Handymetrics FeatureOS feedback portal.
Navigate to the Feedback Board from the main menu.
Click on the "Submit a Post" button at the top of the page.
2. Fill in Your Post Details
Title: Enter a short and clear title that summarizes your idea or issue.
Good Example: Add a dark mode option to the mobile app
Poor Example: Make the app better
Description: Provide details about your request or feedback. Be as specific as possible.
Explain the problem you're facing or the feature youâd like to see.
Mention why this is important and how it will help you.
If applicable, include steps to reproduce the issue or examples of similar features in other tools.
Attachments (Optional): Upload images, screenshots, or documents to support your post.
3. Choose a Board
Select a relevant board (e.g., Bug Report, Feature Request, General Feedback).
This helps the team organize and prioritize feedback more efficiently.
4. Submit Your Post
Click the Submit button.
Once submitted and approved by the team, your post will appear on the feedback board for others to see.
You will receive notifications when your post gets a response or status update.
