Steps to get a tax refund for your FeatureOS subscription
After subscribing, gather your tax exemption documentation.
Email the documentation to Paddle’s buyer support team at [email protected].
Paddle’s buyer support team will review your documentation.
Once approved, they will issue a tax refund to your account.
After the refund is processed, you will receive an updated invoice from Paddle without the tax added.
