Tidio is a live chat and chatbot platform designed to help businesses engage with their website visitors and customers in real-time. It provides a chat widget that can be easily integrated into a website, allowing visitors to initiate conversations with the business.
Sign into your Tidio web application by visiting https://www.tidio.com/panel/login
Once signed in navigate to the Settings ⚙️ option on the bottom left corner.
Under General look for the Developer section.
Choose Project data where you'll find the Public Key.
Copy the Public Key and sign into your featureOS account by visiting https://portal.featureos.app/auth/sign
Go into your featureOS Dashboard → click on Organization Settings over the left → toggle to the Integrations tab.
Scroll down to Chat Widgets section and from the drop down for Chat Widget choose “Tidio”.
Paste the key in the field → click on “Update”.
Now, you will able to see the Tidio chat widget embedded in your feedback portal for your customers.
