Integrating Tidio chat widget

Tidio is a live chat and chatbot platform designed to help businesses engage with their website visitors and customers in real-time. It provides a chat widget that can be easily integrated into a website, allowing visitors to initiate conversations with the business.

Getting Started

  • Once signed in navigate to the Settings ⚙️ option on the bottom left corner.

  • Under General look for the Developer section.

  • Choose Project data where you'll find the Public Key.

  • Copy the Public Key and sign into your featureOS account by visiting https://portal.featureos.app/auth/sign

  • Go into your featureOS Dashboard → click on Organization Settings over the left → toggle to the Integrations tab.

  • Scroll down to Chat Widgets section and from the drop down for Chat Widget choose “Tidio”.

  • Paste the key in the field → click on “Update”.

  • Now, you will able to see the Tidio chat widget embedded in your feedback portal for your customers.
